NYSE does not permit the use of its facilities by third parties for political or personal events, including weddings, graduations, or birthdays.

Rental prices are quoted upon request. Rental fees include the cost of the space, standard security, two coat check personnel and labor for event set-up. Overtime charges will be incurred for each additional hour or portion thereof. Additional costs include Audio Visual, Catering and Décor.

After the Event Request Form is completed and reviewed for approval, an events coordinator will contact you to discuss further details. The NYSE requires a signed contract, as well as a 50% deposit in order to hold the date.

The main guest entrance is located at 2 Broad Street on the corner of Wall Street and Broad Street. Guests should proceed to the white tented area to begin the check-in process.

Rental of the NYSE event space is only available from 6:00PM to 10:00PM, Monday through Friday. Hours of operation may vary depending on holidays.

Access to the Trading Floor begins at 4:30 PM. Set-up time varies depending on the type of event, location and occurrences in the building. Exceptions may be made depending on scheduling and with the Director of Events approval.

You will need to supply your events coordinator with a complete guest list three days prior to your event.

All guests are expected to show valid photo ID and go through security before entering the building. For all events over 50 people, we require a company contact to remain at the security entrance to help monitor the guest list.

Insurance from all third party vendors is required for each event. Specific insurance requirements are listed in the special event contract.

All filming and photography requests must be submitted in writing at least 2–3 weeks prior to filming. Trademarked images (NYSE facade, trading floor, bell podium) may not be photographed or filmed without the express written consent of the NYSE and must also be identified as trademarked property. The NYSE Euronext logo and imagery can only be published with the written consent of Global Marketing & Events. Accordingly, we reserve the right to pre-approve, in writing, all invitations, press releases, and other promotional materials related to the event.

Lackmann Culinary Services is the exclusive caterer of the NYSE. All catering and liquor needs must be purchased through them. To view a list of our preferred vendors, please click here.

You are welcome to use your own photographer for all photos besides the bell podium provided they supply a license of insurance beforehand. Individual guests are not allowed to use their own cameras to take photos on the Trading Floor.

Banners and signs are permitted for your event with the permission of the NYSE. Please speak to your events coordinator regarding specific rules and regulations. Existing NYSE signage cannot be moved or removed from the premises. All event signage must be removed immediately following the end of each event.

Ramp access to the building is located at the 8 Broad Street entrance. Guests will be asked to proceed through security and then escorted to the ramp. All levels of the building are accessible by an elevator.

The NYSE is located in the heart of the financial district of New York City. While we do not offer parking on-site, many parking facilities and hotels are within walking distance.
