President & Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Cerutti joined NYSE Euronext on December 15, 2009 and has served as our president and deputy chief executive officer and head of Global Technology since January 2010. Mr. Cerutti served as General Manager of IBM Southwest Europe from 2005 until 2009. In his role as General Manager, Mr. Cerutti led all of IBM's business operations, had full profit and loss responsibility and ensured risk management, compliance and business controls across IBM's business units in southern and western Europe. Previously, Mr. Cerutti was General Manager of IBM's Global Services in Europe, Middle East & Africa from 2003 until 2005.
