The combination of NYSE Group and Euronext in 2007 marked a milestone for global financial markets. It brought together marketplaces across Europe and the U.S. whose histories stretch back more than 400 years.

Our Code of Ethics

The NYSE Euronext Board of Directors has adopted the following Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. Each Director and employee of the NYSE Euronext organization must follow the letter and spirit of this Code.
